  • This two-hour virtual course teaches you how to communicate what you want while compassionately listening to your loved ones. You’ll learn ways to use your words that foster connection, creating empowered, thriving relationships.

  • PART 01 / OBSERVE

    Part One is all about observation without evaluation. You’ll learn to sense what’s happening in a situation with love and compassion while refraining from judgment.

  • Part 02 / EXPRESS YOUR FEELINGS

    In Part Two we focus on expanding your emotional vocabulary. We explore ways to easily share your feelings with others in a way through an approach that is rooted in integrity and empathy.

  • Part 03 / EXPRESS YOUR NEEDS

    Do you know what your needs are? In Part Three we unearth the human needs that are tucked near the surface of your emotions. You will powerfully move from emotional slavery to emotional liberation as you pinpoint your deepest needs.

  • PART 04/ REQUEST WHAT YOU WANT

    Part Four will teach you how to compassionately make requests from others in a way where everyone wins. This is the stage where you start to receive your desires through the power of effectively using your words.

Course Structure

This is a two-hour, virtual event designed for you to learn the skills to speak your truth and get more of what you want in life.
